From booking to breakdown, we handle everything. Here's exactly what to expect when you bring DigYard to your event.

Reach Out & Book
Fill out our booking form or give us a call. Tell us about your event — date, location, expected attendance, and duration. We'll confirm availability and provide a custom quote within 24 hours.

Confirm & Plan
Once you approve the quote, we confirm your booking with a contract and deposit. We'll coordinate all logistics — space requirements, power needs, and setup timing.

We Arrive & Set Up
Our professional crew arrives 90–120 minutes before your event starts. We unload, assemble the arena frame, fill the sand pit, and set up all RC vehicles and control stations.

The Experience Begins
Participants grab the controllers and start operating! Our crew supervises, assists beginners, manages wait times, and keeps the energy high throughout the event.

Everyone Loves It
Watch as kids and adults alike light up with excitement. DigYard consistently becomes the most-photographed, most-talked-about attraction at every event.

We Pack Up & Leave Clean
When the event ends, our crew breaks down the entire setup, removes all sand, and leaves the venue exactly as we found it. You don't lift a finger.
